MORE ABOUT EBONI…

“I’m a non-judgmental therapist who values balance as a core concept to support clients’ healing. I am passionate about collaborating with people who have treatment goals around desire/arousal, pelvic floor symptoms, discernment therapy, relationship trauma, and body dysmorphia that manifests as ‘plastic surgery addiction’. With expertise in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE) Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I offer a personalized and comprehensive approach to treatment.

Many clients find SE useful in healing trauma symptoms and sexual self-exploration. Clients report feeling IFS is useful at giving them tangible ways to process emotions post-session. I tend to apply a Solution-Focused approach to all of my clients in order to remain intentional about our time together and adhere to treatment goals.

I aim to create a safe and playful space for your journey to self-discovery and emotional well-being. Together, we will unlock your inner strengths and resources, empowering you to transform and lead a more fulfilling life. If this sounds like the therapeutic environment for you, please reach out via phone or email for a consultation.”

MY CLINICAL APPROACH

  • Focus

We will clarify treatment goals at the beginning to hold us both accountable for working on the things that are important to you.

  • ENGAGE

My therapeutic style is an engaging, solution-focused approach that involves in-session activities as well as homework exercises aimed to support your ability to apply clinical interventions to your mental health symptoms.

  • ASSESS

It’s important to assess if the interventions are having a significant impact on treatment goals. This is where you are able to tap into your agency as a client to evaluate whether continuing care makes sense, we should diversify interventions, or if you’re ready to graduate from therapy.
