Our Practice

Key areas of our practice include

Mountainview Care is an integrative therapy practice. We work across the somatic, relational, and spiritual dimensions of human experience — particularly where they intersect with desire, the body, and identity.

01

Couples Therapy

We provide a supportive space for couples to explore their dynamics, enhance communication, and work through conflicts, helping them to strengthen their relationships. Modalities draw from attachment theory, somatic experiencing, and the Gottman framework — adapted to the lived reality of your partnership.

02

Affirming Care for Sex Workers

We recognize the importance of affirming care for sex workers and aim to create a non-judgemental environment where they can receive the support they need for both mental and emotional well-being. Sessions are confidential, trauma-informed, and free of pathologizing assumptions about the work.

03

Psychosomatic Sex Conditions

Our practice offers specialized therapy for individuals experiencing psychosomatic sexual conditions such as vulvodynia and lichen sclerosus. We take an integrative approach, addressing both the psychological and physical components of these conditions — working closely with pelvic-floor physical therapists and physicians when appropriate.

04

Spirituality & Integration

Countering religious trauma, natal charting, and dream analysis as therapeutic tools — not prediction. For clients leaving high-control belief systems, or seeking depth-psychological frameworks for the unconscious.
